The purpose of the meetings is to update members on the latest LGBT+ global trends, create a safe space for discussion, and to provide an opportunity for new idea generation.
All members are encouraged to attend and if you would like to invite anyone from your organisation, you are welcome to invite them as Member Leader.
Global Managing Director of LGBT Great
Matt is an experienced talent management, diversity and organisational development leader with extensive experience within the financial services industry. A proven track record in inspiring others, developing effective strategies, programme execution, managing diverse teams and building partnerships.
Matt was the first in his family to go to university, is part of the LGBT+ community and also from a lower-social economic background.
Matt is responsible for the development of LGBT Great’s programmes, the strategic direction of the organisation and advising organisations on DE&I issues. Matt is also a Board Member of the Diversity Project.
Global Insights and Content Manager at LGBT Great
Alex is an experienced corporate insight and strategy professional with extensive experience supporting investment and private equity organisations.
Alex was the first in his family to go to university, completing a BA in Modern Languages at The University of Oxford and an MA in Italian Studies from The University of Warwick. He is also a proud member of the LGBT+ community and has been involved in the launch and implementation of multiple DE&I networks.
Alex is responsible for the strategic development of LGBT Great’s insights, research, and content and for advising financial services organisations on LGBT+ sustainability issues.
