Event Overview

Join our highly anticipated webinar on How to get the most out of Mentoring.

For 2024's National Mentoring Month, LGBT Great are hosting the Going for Great: Leveraging The Power of Mentoring webinar- an event dedicated to celebrating the power of collaboration and cohesion between workplace mentors and their mentees.

This event- including an interactive roundtable- will explore the dynamics and roles found in 'modern mentorship' and explore the benefits of mentoring relationships. Aimed at current mentors/mentees and those curious about mentorship, this virtual event will showcase the array of skills which make capable mentors and mentees, as well as dispelling misconceptions about the prerequisites of a successful mentorship. We will also be spotlighting the LGBT Great Mentoring Programme for curious new participants who wish to benefit from or provide LGBTQ-conscious workplace mentoring
