LGBT Great, in partnership with our Corporate Members, invite you to our National Inclusion Week 2022 conversation.


The theme is 'The Power of Now'. This short, engaging online webinar will explore the what, why and how of LGBT+ diversity, equity and inclusion.


Many financial services have started their LGBT+ journeys but a great deal more are still to get started. With an increasing proportion of the future generation identifying as part of the community, it is vital to ensure that the workplace is fully informed, visible, and connected.

    Matt is an experienced talent management, diversity and organisational development leader with extensive experience within the financial services industry. A proven track record in inspiring others, developing effective strategies, programme execution, managing diverse teams and building partnerships.

    Matt was the first in his family to go to university, is part of the LGBT+ community and also from a lower-social economic background.

    Matt is responsible for the development of LGBT Great’s programmes, the strategic direction of the organisation and advising organisations on DE&I issues. Matt is also a Board Member of the Diversity Project.

    Alex is an experienced corporate insight and strategy professional with extensive experience supporting investment and private equity organisations.

    Alex was the first in his family to go to university, completing a BA in Modern Languages at The University of Oxford and an MA in Italian Studies from The University of Warwick. He is also a proud member of the LGBT+ community and has been involved in the launch and implementation of multiple DE&I networks.

    Alex is responsible for the strategic development of LGBT Great’s insights, research, and content and for advising financial services organisations on LGBT+ sustainability issues.
