Join LGBT Great and Workable to discuss effective strategies to boosting confidence around self-ID data across your organisations.

Hear about some of the best practices we are seeing across financial services and learn about how LGBT Great Careers is changing the game for LGBTQ+ talent and allies.

LGBT Great and Workable are delighted to be teaming up on this session exploring DE&I data. Data-led strategies are an important part of an organisation's DE&I journey. However, there are a range of challenges around (1) capturing data on your employee populations (2) building trust and confidence in how and why this data is captured, and (3) empowering organisations to utilise the data they do capture to effect positive change.

In this session, we will be exploring the following questions:

  1. What is LGBT Great Careers? An introduction to LGBT Great's new platform, bult in partnership with Workable.
  2. How do organisations effectively boost confidence around self-ID?
  3. What best practices have LGBT Great seen across our Member Network?
  4. How does Workable empower enterprise clients to capture the data they need to make effective decisions throughout the hiring process?
