Top 50 LGBT+ Gamechangers 2023

**NOMINATIONS OPEN 1 APRIL 2023**

Nominations are open from 1st April 2023 and close 30th June 2023.  

Register in advance for our launch event on the 14th September 2023 at 12.00 GMT where we will announce the Top 50 Gamechangers live. 

What is the Top 50 LGBT+ Gamechangers?

The Top 50 LGBT+ Gamechangers is a Project 1000 initiative. The programme seeks to recognise and celebrate LGBT+ talent around the world, who are excelling at work, influencing in their role, and using their platform to empower the community.  

Why is LGBT Great driving this important initiative?

We know that LGBT+ talent is underrepresented across business and at leadership levels in particular. At LGBT Great, we are committed to improving the representation of LGBT+ talent at all levels. The Top 50 LGBT+ Gamechangers affords us the opportunity to spotlight those folks really making a difference and to highlight their personal and organisational best practices. By spotlighting them, we hope to inspire the next generation of LGBT+ talent to be visible and thrive. 

How does LGBT+ talent achieve a place in the LGBT Great Top 50 LGBT+ Gamechangers? 

All nominees have to meet the following 4-point criteria:  

1.  Evidence of significant personal and professional achievements in the last 12 months.  
2. Evidence of deliberate and sustained actions to empower others internally and/or externally. 
3. Evidence of clear contributions to progressing diversity, equity and inclusion internally and externally.  
4. Evidence of clear commitments and ambitions around LGBT+ DE&I over the next 12 months. 

If short-listed, LGBT Great will request one testimonial from and a personal quote from the Gamechanger outlining why Pride is important to them.  

• Applications are welcome from potential Gamechangers directly or may be submitted on their behalf. However, please note that the nomination form must be completed using the details of the person being nominated.
• All nominations are individually reviewed and scored by the LGBT Great judging panel based on clear evidence of excellence across the four criteria. 
• We look forward to receiving all the nominations!
