Clare is an experienced finance and operations leader with extensive experience in the organisational running of businesses. Clare is the Founder and Managing Director of The Ocean Partnership and LGBT Great. She leads a team of recruitment professionals who partner with financial services organisations in attracting diverse talent for the sister brand to LGBT Great, The Ocean Partnership.

Clare enjoys the balance of running businesses and is a proud Mum to her daughter. Clare did not go to university, is from a sole parent family and from a lower social economic background. Matt is an experienced talent management, diversity and organisational development leader with extensive experience within the financial services industry. A proven track record in inspiring others, developing effective strategies, programme execution, managing diverse teams and building partnerships.

Matt was the first in his family to go to university, is part of the LGBT+ community and also from a lower-social economic background.

Matt is responsible for the development of LGBT Great’s programmes, the strategic direction of the organisation and advising organisations on DE&I issues. Matt is also a Board Member of the Diversity Project.

Alex is an experienced corporate insight and strategy professional with extensive experience supporting investment and private equity organisations.

Alex was the first in his family to go to university, completing a BA in Modern Languages at The University of Oxford and an MA in Italian Studies from The University of Warwick. He is also a proud member of the LGBT+ community and has been involved in the launch and implementation of multiple DE&I networks.

Alex is responsible for the strategic development of LGBT Great’s insights, research, and content and for advising financial services organisations on LGBT+ sustainability issues.
