Join us for our first iiBT framework session of 2023.  A drop-in webinar to discuss the benefits and implementations of the iiBT.

The iiBT is recognised industry wide as an independently assessed maturity framework for LGBT+ inclusion. Through 10 assessment pillars covering the full spectrum of people, processes, technologies and processes, LGBT Great supports firms to understand where they are on their DE&I journey. Completion of the iiBT is regularly itemised in requests for proposals as part of the due diligence process prior to asset allocation. The iiBT encourages the collection of best practice case studies, which are then leveraged to shine a light on positive actions taking place across member firms.

Join us to explore:

  • Industry insights from 2021/2022 iiBT submission cycle
  • Industry best-practice case studies across key policy areas
  • The timeline for the 2022/2023 submission and how your firm can get involved

In addition, we will be announcing the recipients of the 2022 Financial Services Standards.
